I've tested SW with the armor and storage mod for wolves, It seems the AS mod overrides the ability to put them in the carrier and as for the treats and bone to check what they eat I would recommend not adding the armor until the wolf has been made sophisticated, you name it (the tag now works though I don't remember testing it before the armor) and you can check what they eat.
